To Die For (1995)
This film is based from a Joyce Maynard novel by the same name witch is in fact based from a real life occurrence. The story is about a woman who wants to make it big in the television industry so badly that she will stop at nothing and let no one get in her way. Her recently acquired husband seems to be one of those things standing in her way and she hires three derelict teenagers to kill him for her.
The movie isn't exactly fantastic, but the acting is incredible and there is one particular scene with Nicole Kidman dancing in a short summer dress out in the rain that is so sexual and so erotic that it's hard to get off the mind. It is difficult to successfully pull off effective eroticism without nudity, but this scene does it with flying colors. Bravo to that. (Directed by Gus Van Sant)
