Swingers (1996)
This movie had instant cult classic written all over it. In the future, people will look back on this film and laugh about how dumb they were when they were kids. It’s the story of the nightlife of a group of friends from Los Angles and deals with their rituals of dating, relationships, and friendships.
John Favreau, the lead and the writer of the film, teamed up with his buddy and co-lead Vince Vaughn and wrote out "The Swingers Rules", a short guide to nineties dating. The guide was published along side the screenplay (and can also be found pretty easily on the Internet if desired). (Directed by Doug Liman)
