Crimson Tide (1995)
Nominated for the Academy Award for sound effects, editing, and sound. Yes, believe it or not, Tarantino actually had an uncredited piece of this pie. When the film's producers realized that the dialog was a bit boring, Tarantino was brought in to spice it up with his unique brand of banter. He was probably recommended by director Tony Scott as they also worked together in True Romance. Great movie, but don't expect much Tarantino style. (Uncredited writing by Quentin Tarantino)
